Wireframe Version 1

My task was to create a wireframe for a tool that would be used by Bosch admin. Each version has examples of changes I made after presenting the wireframe to the team. The beginning idea was that we wanted to be able to schedule downloads instead of having to kick them off using a command line.

Wireframe Version 2

After our first discussion, we decided that the table aspect needed to be added to the design. It overall made the project a lot larger than expected but added more value to the final product. Now Bosch Admin would have a record of all of the downloads that had already taken place, and we could re-use the ones on file. In the beginning iterations, we were unsure of how we would be storing the downloads, so I didn’t add any buttons until the decision was made.

Wireframe Version 3

In this version, I have now added the download and delete buttons. Next, I moved the color key to the top of the page for the user to view before the status column. While also changing the symbol indicating camera-enabled so that it would not be confused with the status colors.

Final Wireframe

In this last version, I have moved the download button to the top of the page in case the table became too long, and we would have to add a scroll function. I also moved the download buttons to be in-line with the table because the limitation arose that we could only allow the user to download one at a time. I have also added a sort function to the table you can see in these photos that video input id and date are sorted.
